Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass revenue targets for Outdoor Media, particularly Bus Advertising in Misamis Oriental.
• Identify and establish relationships with new clients, while maintaining and nurturing existing client partnerships.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics in Misamis Oriental.
• Create and deliver compelling sales proposals that align with the unique requirements of potential clients.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to customize advertising solutions that meet and exceed client objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the advertising or media industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with the Misamis Oriental market and local business community is a strong advantage.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of outdoor media sales, especially bus advertising, is a plus.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Misamis Oriental.
