Duties, skills, and qualifications:

  • Initiating calls to individual or businesses who fit the target demographic profile.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the products or services being offered and effectively communicating their features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Identifying and qualifying potential leads through effective questioning and conversation.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationship with customers through regular follow-up calls.
  • Accurately recording and maintaining customer information, including contact details, preferences and feedback in the company’s data base.
  • Meeting and exceeding assigned targets on a regular basis.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant law and regulation, such as Do Not Call (DNC) list and data protection regulations.
  • Collaborating with other team members and department to optimize strategies and achieve organizational goals.
