Qualification:

With or without BPO/call center experience
Has Good Communication Skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

Able to influence agents to deliver quality leads
Strong organizational skills
Responsible for ensuring all leads generated are validated on a realtime basis
Answer Operations’ questions concerning QA guidelines and policies
Provides feedback to call center team leaders and managers.
Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations
Determining training needs
Monitoring performance
Ensure QA processes are closely monitored
