Qualifications:
- Graduate of Human Resources/ Psychology or any related course
- With relevant experience in human resources is advantage.
- Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
- Knowledge of employment legislation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Protecting the interests of all employees.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Job descriptions:
- Reviews current Employee Relations practices and recommend improvements as necessary.
- Identifies risk in current company practices and recommends changes to mitigate them.
- Reviews Employee Handbook to make a Code of Conduct relevant to the current state of the business.
- Works with people managers in resolving cases while keeping in mind the current business needs and business conditions.
- Informs people managers of the inherent risk of each case to enable them to make informed decisions.
- Attends/conducts alignment meetings with people managers.
- Ensures that all documentary requirements are complete before the case is closed.
- Tracks and monitors all cases in a timely manner for easy and accurate report generation.
- Communicates clearly the company’s decision on issues/cases to the employees involved.
- Partners with people managers on proper handling of employee issues.
- Update Employees Database and Memo Tracker in a timely manner.
- Ensures implementation/execution of discipline according to Employees Handbook.
- Works with people managers on issuing Disciplinary Action Notices for employees.
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; escorting applicants to interviews; arranging community tours.

- Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
- Manages the OJT program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments; monitoring OJT job contributions and worked hours.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Devote the whole of his/her working time and attention to the duties assigned to him/her;
- Faithfully and diligently serve the company;
- Use his/her best endeavors to promote and protect the interests of the Company;
- Obey all reasonable and lawful directions given to him/her by the assigned his/her immediate supervisor
- Carry out his/her duties and exercise his/her powers jointly with such person as the Company may appoint to act jointly with him/her;
- Make such reports to the assigned immediate supervisor on any matters concerning the affairs of the Company as are reasonably required.
