Qualifications:
- With or without BPO/ Call center experience
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Good analytical skills
- Speak clearly and effective to customer
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Great listening skills
- Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
Duties, skills, and qualifications:
- Initiating calls to individual or businesses who fit the target demographic profile.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the products or services being offered and effectively communicating their features and benefits to potential customers.
- Identifying and qualifying potential leads through effective questioning and conversation.
- Building and maintaining positive relationship with customers through regular follow-up calls.
- Accurately recording and maintaining customer information, including contact details, preferences and feedback in the company’s data base.
- Meeting and exceeding assigned targets on a regular basis.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant law and regulation, such as Do Not Call (DNC) list and data protection regulations.
- Collaborating with other team members and department to optimize strategies and achieve organizational goals.
